- Barkmet shipyard specialises in the production of heavy-duty steel pontoons intended for marine engineering operations. In a recent project, our team manufactured several steel pontoons and assembly sets. These pontoons, consisting of eight interconnected floats, underwent rigorous operational tests to ensure optimal performance in floatability and connectivity. Upon successful completion, we proudly delivered these pontoons to our valued customer, who plans to utilise them as a stable platform for dredgers and boreholes.
