A complete refit of the technology, systems and design turns it into a yacht that looks, runs and handles like new – with modern equipment, reliable systems and an interior built exactly to your taste. We carry out refits at every scale – from individual repairs to a full rebuild from bare hull to a fully equipped, ready-to-run yacht. We draw on more than 20 years of experience building steel and aluminium vessels, and we tailor every project to the owner’s wishes.

Rebuilds on Request - Beyond a Standard Refit
If a standard refit isn’t enough and you want a more extensive transformation, we also offer larger rebuild projects tailored to you:
- engine replacement for a more powerful or efficient unit (repowering)
- conversion to hybrid or fully electric propulsion
- add-on systems on request – such as a bow thruster or stabilisers
- welding work and new superstructures (flybridge, an additional deck level)
- lengthening or widening the deck, adding a cabin
- full metalwork in aluminium and steel, from design to installation

What does a standard boat refit include? A standard refit covers hull repair and reinforcement (aluminium and steel), window replacement, full 12V and 230V electrical rewiring, water and gas plumbing, a custom interior, the Hempel coating system, navigation and steering upgrades, and a renewed anchor system with railing.
What’s the difference between a refit and a rebuild? A refit is the standard scope of work described above. A rebuild goes beyond that, covering more extensive custom work.
Do you also handle engine replacement or conversion to hybrid or electric propulsion? Yes, as part of a rebuild on request we offer engine replacement for a more powerful or efficient unit (repowering), conversion to hybrid or fully electric propulsion, and add-on systems such as a bow thruster or stabilisers.
Can you carry out larger structural changes, like a new superstructure or a longer deck? Yes, we carry out welding work and new superstructures (such as a flybridge or an additional deck level), lengthening or widening the deck, and adding a cabin, including full metalwork in aluminium and steel.
Do you also handle the interior and comfort features on board? Yes, including custom-built furniture and storage, teak or non-slip deck surfaces, and relaxation areas such as a sundeck or lounge seating.

Where does the refit take place? At our own shipyard on the Elbe River near Lovosice.
Is a sea trial included? Yes – after the work is finished, the boat undergoes a sea trial before handover.
How does the process work from enquiry to handover? Enquiry and a no-obligation consultation → scope of work proposal and quote → the refit itself, at our shipyard → sea trial and handover.
How much does a refit cost and how long does it take? It depends on the scope of work for each individual boat, so we don’t quote a price or timeline upfront – after a no-obligation consultation we prepare an individual, tailored quote.
